He has hands on experience in architectural design, interior design and urban planning and has worked with national & international design firms. He has designed and delivered projects contributing to around 6.5 million square feet of built spaces. He primarily looks after corporate & developer portfolio of the firm.
VIJAY PATEL
(B. Arch, M. Arch - Urban Design)Vijay Patel is an experienced urban designer & planning professional. During his 13 years of practice with Vastushilpa Consultants, he has handled several projects in public & private realm like Flame University Pune, Raksha Shakti University, IIM Udaipur, Mahindra Township Boisar, GIFT City Gandhinagar, etc. and is well versed with the latest local and international standards regarding public spaces and architecture. He is a design lead for handling large scale public & private development projects.
PINTU SANTOKI

Tech - Project Management)Pintu Santoki is an architect & project manager, completed his masters in Construction Project Management from IIT-Chicago and manages design development of wide range of projects with versatility in design and project management skills acquired both locally and internationally. His experience and timely instincts about administrative, design management and construction management provides a unique foundation for design management and client interaction for the practice.
AVANI SANTOKI
(B. Arch)Avani Santoki is an architect with high skills for architectural design and detailing. She is principal lead for architectural detailing and interior design projects of the firm. Her immense experience is in large scale individual bungalows, interiors for restaurant, corporate office, hotels, etc. She manages to give a unique edge in every project by creating design language from conceptualization to execution.
